Opteon® XP44 (R452A) is a next-generation HFO/HFC refrigerant developed by Chemours as a sustainable replacement for high-GWP gases such as R404A and R507A.
Thanks to its balanced formulation, it offers excellent cooling efficiency, a low discharge temperature that extends compressor life, and a significant reduction in equivalent CO₂ emissions.
Supplied in a 13.6 litre Kryobox cylinder, containing 10 kg of gas at 42 bar, it is ideal for refrigeration technicians and operators who require reliable performance and compliance with F-Gas regulations.
